Mr Kurt Spiteri-Cornish MD FRCOphth MSc is a Consultant Ophthalmologist, Cataract and Vitreoretinal Surgeon.

He was appointed at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals in 2016 and works within its tertiary vitreoretinal service. His advanced vitreoretinal fellowship training was completed at Sydney Eye Hospital.

His practice includes retinal and vitreous disease, complex cataract problems, complications of previous eye surgery and general ophthalmology.

He teaches fellows and trainees, examines for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Sheffield. He has taught internationally, contributed to more than 40 peer-reviewed publications and presented research nationally and internationally.
